At EDC Coffee & Tea, we take pride in the quality of our products, and your satisfaction is very important to us. Because our items are perishable, returns and refunds are handled with care and specific guidelines.
1. Returns on Coffee & Tea Products

Due to the perishable nature of coffee and tea, we do not accept returns once a product has been opened.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue so we can make it right.
2. Non-Perishable & Merchandise Returns

Non-perishable items such as brewing equipment, mugs, apparel, or accessories may be returned within 30 days of purchase if unused and in original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.
3. Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we’ll cover the cost of replacement or refund.
4. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges on coffee or tea products. For merchandise, exchanges may be arranged if the desired item is in stock.
