Cancellation policy

EDC Coffee & Tea

We want shopping with EDC Coffee & Tea to be simple and flexible. This policy explains your options for purchases, subscriptions, and cancellations.


1. One-Time Purchases

  • All one-time product purchases (coffee, tea, and merchandise) are charged at checkout.

  • Once an order has been placed, we begin processing immediately. Orders cannot be canceled after they have been fulfilled or shipped.

  • If you need to update or cancel an order, please contact us at support@edcbrew.com as soon as possible.


2. Subscription Purchases 

  • Customers may subscribe to recurring deliveries of coffee and/or tea at their chosen frequency (e.g., weekly, bi-weekly, monthly).

  • Subscriptions are billed automatically to your saved payment method before each shipment.

  • You may skip, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account on EDCbrew.com or contacting customer support.

  • To avoid being charged for your next shipment, cancellations or changes must be made at least 48 hours before the next billing date.


3. Refunds on Canceled Orders

  • If an order or subscription is canceled before processing begins, you may be eligible for a full refund.

  • If your order has already been processed or shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation. Please see our Return and Refund policy page for details.


4. Failed Payments & Account Holds

  • If a subscription payment fails, our system will retry the payment up to three times.

  • If payment cannot be processed, the subscription may be placed on hold until updated billing information is provided.
