We want shopping with EDC Coffee & Tea to be simple and flexible. This policy explains your options for purchases, subscriptions, and cancellations.
1. One-Time Purchases

All one-time product purchases (coffee, tea, and merchandise) are charged at checkout.

Once an order has been placed, we begin processing immediately. Orders cannot be canceled after they have been fulfilled or shipped.

If you need to update or cancel an order, please contact us at support@edcbrew.com as soon as possible.
2. Subscription Purchases

Customers may subscribe to recurring deliveries of coffee and/or tea at their chosen frequency (e.g., weekly, bi-weekly, monthly).

Subscriptions are billed automatically to your saved payment method before each shipment.

You may skip, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account on EDCbrew.com or contacting customer support.

To avoid being charged for your next shipment, cancellations or changes must be made at least 48 hours before the next billing date.
3. Refunds on Canceled Orders

If an order or subscription is canceled before processing begins, you may be eligible for a full refund.

If your order has already been processed or shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation. Please see our Return and Refund policy page for details.
4. Failed Payments & Account Holds

If a subscription payment fails, our system will retry the payment up to three times.

If payment cannot be processed, the subscription may be placed on hold until updated billing information is provided.
